The weight and hardness of each tablet produced is guaranteed to meet customers requirements.
The tablet compression zone is isolated from
the mechanical driving parts to avoid cross contamination. In addition, pressing rod holes
are fitted with special bearings with food grade
oil and dust rings, which can also effectively preventing contamination and powder from falling
to the mechanical moving parts, respectively. The central lubricating system is used to ensure the
long life of moving parts. High precision distribution valves are equipped to
ensure lubrication of punches, guiding and
compression rollers. HMI (Human Machine Interface) and Color Touch Screen Panel are also standard
