General Description:

   This is an entry level rotary tablet press designed to produce round tablets from various kinds of granular materials-especially for small-scale batch production. The turret carries 19 sets of punches and dies, so 19 tablets will be pressed for each revolution of the turret. During operation, the speed of the turret rotation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage. A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder during operation, so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminated.
   The turret is fully enclosed for a cleaner operating environment. This tablet press is affordable and suitable for start-up companies in manufacturing round tablets. Custom engraving of letters or logos are available upon request.
  

 We can also custom design the turret to 17 stations to produce other shapes of tablets with the maximum diameter of 20 mm.
