Our Model VRG Capping Machines are portable, easy to use, most affordable hand-held, cap tighteners; designed to tight various types of caps. It could easily screw or unscrew many types of caps. It has adjustable clutch to avoid cap damage and reduce the friction of inside piston. Once the cap is tight, the clincher will stop automatically. It indicates the next operation can be started. If you purchase bracket (59"x53") and balancer as option, the capper machine can be hanged weightlessly, which would reduce labor intensity and ensure capping quality. The machine includes the main machine, aluminum capping clincher and cushion inside piston. |
