General
This is a popular granulating machine used for forming the required granule sizes from moist power material, or for crushing dried block stock into granules in required size.
Its main features are: the rotating speed of the rotor can be adjusted during operation and the sieve can be removed and remounted easily; its tension is also adjustable. The driving mechanism is totally enclosed in the machine body and its lubrication system improves the lifetime of the mechanical components.
The Model OSG-800 has double rotary drums granulation
process; therefore, the production capacity is twice as much as the OSG-400.
These granulators are constructed with quality stainless steel to meet the GMP
Standard. The OSG Series are among the most affordable oscillating granulators in
