Vanguard introduces the most economical and advanced High Speed Tablet/Capsule Printers for pharmaceutical and nutriceutical industries. It features high resolution (300~400Lpi) of the Printing Roller, which is processed with the most advanced laser technology, compared with existing etching (150~200Lpi). Easy operation through Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with Touch Screen Panel. An operator can control two machines at the same time. The Printing Roller can be moved up and down to control printing pressure, and right and left to adjust quick printing position. (Each movement of 0.1mm is indicated on the touch screen). The capacity incomparable with other competing products contributes to high production efficiency. The quick and easy replacement of change parts for different products, which normally takes less than 15 minutes. Economical prices of change parts can save manufacturing costs tremendously.
